Complete water-truck conversion kit for a 4,000-gallon build. Larger tank with 3-compartment baffling, heavier plumbing, additional spray valves (6 total — front pair, side pair, rear pair), and reinforced mount. Sized for Class 7-8 chassis (tandem-axle dump, terminal tractor, heavy single-axle). Typical build time 4-6 weeks from deposit.

Fits: Class 7-8 chassis (Kenworth T270/T370/T440, Freightliner M2/108SD, International HX, tandem-axle dumps, etc.)

  3. 50% deposit — we begin sourcing tank and parts, schedule the build slot.
  4. Build at the Phoenix yard — typical 4-6 weeks. Updates by phone as we hit milestones.
  5. Final inspection + balance due — pick up at our Phoenix yard or we arrange freight to your location.

Customer supplies chassis. We mount, plumb, wire, paint, and road-test. Custom paint extra. Optional add-ons priced separately (water cannon +$6,995, dump valve upsize, ladder upgrade, USFS-spec features).
