For fleet operators

Fleet accounts with NET-30 invoicing

Skip the credit-card swipe on every order. NET-30 terms, consolidated monthly invoicing, and a direct line to the same crew that pulls your parts off the rack.

What a fleet account gets you

NET-30 invoicing

Order this month, get billed at the end of the month, pay over 30 days. No card-swipe on every transaction.

Direct phone access

Skip the general inbox. You get a named contact and a direct number for ordering, fitment questions, and freight quotes.

Consolidated billing

One invoice per month covering every part you ordered. Cleaner for your AP team and your QB records.

Priority pickup & freight

Fleet-account orders get pulled and staged first for Phoenix-yard pickup. Freight quotes are turned around inside one business hour.

Standing PO support

If your AP system requires PO numbers, we accept them on every order and put them on the invoice.

Tax-exempt handling

Reseller / TPT-exempt certificates on file once, applied automatically going forward.

Who qualifies

Fleet accounts are for businesses running 2 or more water trucks or doing enough repeat parts business that monthly invoicing makes more sense than credit-card-per-order. Most accounts are construction crews, mining operations, municipalities, landscape contractors, and water-truck dealers reselling parts.

Account approval is straightforward: a credit reference (your bank, an existing trade reference, or a Dun & Bradstreet number works), a few minutes on the phone to confirm operating details, and any tax-exempt paperwork you need on file. Most accounts are approved same-day.

Frequently asked questions

How long does account approval take?

Most accounts are approved same-day if you have a credit reference ready. The bottleneck is usually your end (gathering the reference or the tax-exempt cert), not ours.

What's the credit limit on a fleet account?

Initial limits are set based on your size and reference at signup. Most new accounts start at a comfortable working limit for their stated monthly volume and grow over time as the relationship develops. If you have a specific limit you need to start with, mention it in the notes.

Can I order online with a fleet account?

Yes. Online checkout for fleet accounts is coming with the Stripe integration we’re rolling out. Until then, ordering happens by phone or email with your fleet contact, who pulls the part and adds it to your monthly invoice.

What if I'm late on a payment?

Call us. Stuff happens; we’d rather know early and work it out than have you go silent and disappear. Repeat late payments may put the account on hold or revert it to card-on-file, but we’re not in the business of pulling accounts over one rough month.

I'm a parts reseller, not a fleet. Do I qualify?

Yes. We work with parts resellers under the same NET-30 structure. If you have an AZ TPT-exempt reseller cert, we’ll put it on file and skip sales tax on your orders.
